Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the latter half of the decade. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to the family of sports. Although her dad was an athlete Aleesha's siblings were involved in activities like playing ice hockey. Aleesha was also involved in sports such as soccer, softball and basketball. Her bodybuilding journey began after she was 15 years old. young. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 following her win at the NPC USA Championships.
